Yasashii Clinic Hiroo-Shirokane is open not only on weekdays but also on weekends and public holidays. We offer evening consultations until 8:00 PM, allowing patients who are busy during the day to visit after work. Please feel free to reach out whenever you feel unwell, even just a little.

By making appointments and completing pre-consultation forms via LINE or our website, you can reduce waiting time at the clinic. We strive to accommodate busy schedules so that you can visit during your spare time. Of course, you are also welcome to come directly without a reservation.

At Yasashii Clinic, medical records are shared both offline and online, allowing you to consult using your smartphone or other devices. You can also pick up your prescribed medications at a nearby pharmacy.

As an intensivist and anesthesiologist, I have honed my skills through clinical research in overseas intensive care units and perioperative management, intensive care, and pain management at multiple hospitals, including the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center. In addition, I have practiced as a primary care physician covering a wide range of fields, including internal medicine, dermatology, allergy, and sleep apnea.
I am particularly experienced in:
* Providing integrated care through comprehensive assessment of patients’ overall health (e.g., internal medicine conditions plus additional symptoms)
* Managing conditions that affect quality of life (e.g., chronic pain, sleep apnea)
* Proposing optimal treatment plans based on extensive pharmacological knowledge (e.g., careful consideration of prescriptions)
Through daily frontline medical practice, I have witnessed many patients struggling due to delayed diagnoses. This experience has instilled in me a strong commitment to connecting patients to optimal medical care as quickly as possible.

For First-time Patients
Our clinic provides both insured and self-pay medical services. Please bring your health insurance card if you wish to receive insured care.
As a designated medical institution for insured care, we are required by the government to verify the original health insurance card each month. Please present your insurance card at reception. In addition, Yasashii Clinic generally provides medical services to patients aged 10 and above.
Patients with appointments are given priority. By using LINE or our website to make a reservation, you can reduce waiting time at the clinic. Walk-ins without an appointment are also welcome.
Our clinic’s patient card system is managed via our official LINE account. We would appreciate it if you could make a reservation through LINE before visiting. Please note that for first-time patients, registration in our electronic medical record system may take some time, so we recommend allowing extra time for your visit.
For Repeat Patients
Basically, the process for first-time patients is the same as for follow-up consultations.
You can easily make a reservation via LINE or other platforms. If you wish to receive insured medical care, please bring your My Number card or health insurance card.

We have introduced online consultations at Yasashii Clinic to make it more convenient for patients to receive medical care.
Patients can conveniently receive consultations “at home, on the go, at the office, or during spare moments” without visiting the clinic, and obtain necessary medications at a nearby pharmacy or have them delivered to a specified location.
